Collection and submission of documents for a construction permit. Tender for the main contractor is held.

09.2022 — 06.2024
Construction
The project is constructed, starting with a pit and finishing with the villas. We will be publishing progress photos during the construction.

07.2024 — 08.2024
Preparation for moving in
Finishing touches and set up of common areas, preparation for commissioning the villas.

08.2024 — 09.2024
Post-construction phase
Preparation is done for the ownership transfer and associated documentation.
